Refunds and Returns policy.

 

At We Love Acrylic, all our products are bespoke and made to order. This means they are tailored to your specific sizes, colours, and requirements. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

1.    Bespoke Acrylic Displays, Furnishings & Cut-to-Size Panels

  • All our displays, furniture, and cut-to-size acrylic pieces are made to order. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds if you change your mind, order the wrong size/thickness, or later decide the product does not suit your purpose.

  • Full payment is required upfront before production begins.

  • If the product arrives damaged in transit, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

2.    Acrylic & Aluminium Splashbacks (Supply & Fit Service)

  • The order process begins with an approximate quote based on your provided dimensions. We then carry out a site visit to take exact measurements and show you physical samples.

  • Once you have confirmed your chosen colour and sizes, we provide an exact quote. A 50% deposit is required to proceed, with the balance due upon completion of fitting.

  • Deposits are refundable only if you cancel before materials have been ordered or production has started. Once materials are ordered, the deposit is non-refundable.

  • Once a colour has been confirmed, it cannot be changed, and we cannot refund if you later decide it is unsuitable.

  • Fitting is normally completed in one day. If panels are cut incorrectly by us or our supplier, we will reorder and refit at no additional cost.

  • If panels detach due to fitting issues, we will return to refit or replace as needed.

  • Damage caused by misuse (e.g. placing boiling kettles or air fryers within 20cm of panels, contrary to our care instructions) is not covered.

3.    Delivery & Damage

  • All items are carefully packaged for courier delivery.

  • Any damage or breakages must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with supporting photos. We will replace the damaged item at no cost.
